Gather around the table for a meal that you can trust-raised right from our farm. Whether you are grilling on the patio or roasting in the oven, every bite is made to bring families together.
At Hawksbill Peak Farms, our story runs deep. For generations, our family has tended this land, raising cattle with respect for the animal, the soil, and the seasons. Our beef reflects that legacy - pasture-raised, grain-finished, and always free from added hormones or antibiotics. It's more than food. It's the continuation of a way of life we are proud to share with your family.
At Hawksbill Peak Farms, We Don't Just Raise Beef
We Raise it with Purpose.
We believe food should be honest - and so should the people who raise it. We promise to treat every animal, every acre, and every customer with care and respect. What ends up at your dinner table is the same beef we feed our own family - because you deserve nothing less. If you are ever unsatisfied, we promise to make it right, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Beef shares typically yield the following packaged weights:
A 1/8 beef share = 50+ lbs
A 1/4 beef share = 100+ lbs
A 1/2 beef share = 200+ lbs
A whole beef share = 400+ lbs
Each option includes steaks, roasts, ribs, ground beef, and more.
It depends on the size of the share you choose:
⅛ Beef Share: ~45–60 lbs — fits in a standard kitchen freezer (3–4 cubic feet)
¼ Beef Share: ~100–130 lbs — needs about 4–5 cubic feet (small chest freezer)
½ Beef Share: ~200–250 lbs — requires 7–8 cubic feet
Whole Beef: ~400–500 lbs — plan on 14–16 cubic feet (large chest freezer or upright)
As a rule of thumb, you’ll need about 1 cubic foot of freezer space per 30–35 pounds of beef. If you’re not sure how much room you have, reach out—we’re happy to help you figure it out before you commit.
We will let you know your scheduled harvest window when your deposit is placed. After harvest, the beef is dry-aged for approximately 14 days, then cut, packaged, and ready for pick-up or shipping in 2-3 weeks.
For our locals, beef can be picked-up at the processor by the customer. Shipping to states East of the Mississippi River is available. Please contact us for details or questions.
